It's a musical lamp i registered at a friend's house two years ago. It seems to be a headlamp, but i'm not quite sure anymore. As you guessed, it plays beethoven's song called "für elise".
This recording was taken at camp eureka, which is at yarra junction in victoria. It wasn't recorded in the bush, but there are plenty of trees at the camp and the bush is nearby.
