Recorded during one of my scuba diving trips.

In my quest for that perfect sound that i'm looking for, i ended with something that doesn't quite fit the bill. Never the less, i think it has potential in the right hands. One thing i would like to point out is a single glitch at about 1. 907. I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out. It may be a non-issue to someone that hasn't obsessed over it before, during, and after dinner. Use it and abuse it if it fits your needs. Whilst being very uncreative and recording myself burp, i found some interesting sounds when changing the speed of the tracks.

This is a mix of many different sounds. A dog keeps on barking, birds sing. There's a plane that passes by. At one moment a truck also passes by. There's even squirrels and at the end a faint murmur of people talking as they walk on the sidewalk. Recorded with a zoom h4n.

This is a first attempt to record sound underwater, i build a small hydrophone according to the instruction gave us by digifishmusic, i could probably make it better but all considered i'm pleased whit it. The hydrophone was placed in a small river near where i live, just below the water surface but unfortunately it kept bouncing against the rocks so it's a bit noisy. Enjoy!.

At 4 pm (hawaii time), it's the sounds of birdsongs and blowing light breezes in the trees lining the rather dry river near my home in honolulu. You can also hear the humming of my refrigerator in the background.

This was a recording i made on a zoom h2 of a cat's purr, ran thru several filters until i had what i wanted, a repeating, ordered, police like siren underwater. Recorded at the highest wav settings on my h2, so it should be decent enough. (chirping sound heard on freesound disappears on full downloaded version. ).

A thunderstorm in munich, recorded 2020-07-01 in my backyard on second floor on a balcony. It rains, the strikes come closer, then they go away, the rain recedes. Some backyard noise, faint traffic and tram. One time you here me sighing (sorry). Some minimal clipping at thunder peaks, sorry again, but i think it's very usable anyway and contains a lot of material. This sound was taken with zoom h4n recorder. Location: meylan, france, in the alps. The town is situated near a 300. 000 inhabitants city, in a valley surrounded by moutains. Description : rain is pouring louder and louder, rolling thunder strikes periodically, exploding like a gunshot or echoing from one moutain to another. (i'm afraid at one point, the sound of a music from a video game played by neighboors was recorded, but apart from these few seconds, this sound is cool ;))hope you'll find it helpful.
