A highly effected recording of water in a tank with large bubbles of compressed air. Recorded with a tascam dr-60d and a submerged hydrophone (la-hyc1). Processed with audacity 2. 0. 5.

Hydrophone recording taken from a boat anchored in a cove off the island of hvar (croatia): continuous crackle, probably produced by pistol shrimps, with random frog-like sounds. Mono, hydrophone (jrf).

Old style digital explosions, three very slow. Sounds like either depth charges or above ground explosions similar to those in the missile command video game, with long digitally crackled ringouts.

A test recording i did with my diy hydrophone, in a plastic cup with a straw. Recorded directly to a metric halo 2882 interface.

This is an under water recording of some bubbles. I filled up a laundry bin with water, stuck a sennheisser md21 (dynamic omnimic) wrapped in a plastic bag in there (under the water level). I pumped bubbles from the bottom of the bin through a bicycle pump. Gear used: md21 -> m-audio dmp3 -> terratec ewx2496. Completely unprocessed, 2:43 of 24 bit 44khz wave. Submission for the earthfirewindwater contest.

Could be useful for an underwater scene involving a submarine of some kind,sci fi uses also.
