I was out on the marsh edge when i could hear a strange noise in the dark. It turned out to be ice breaking up in the tidal flow. A great test for the new pair of em172 mics. In the parabolic, olympus ls-5 recorder.

Driving during a heavy powerful hail storm and using windshield to deflect the hails in order to see the road. 50% chances of surviving the hail storm.

A rain and hail storm recorded through my window in my backyard. Sounds are impacts with the ground and pings from a nearby metal fence. Recorded with an at2020 mic. I recorded this for people to be able to freely use this in any type of production they want.

Classic frigidaire (electrolux) fridge turning on. It runs a cycle for about 6. 5 minutes, making a few noises along the way, and then turns off and cools down. Recorded with at875r. For those who really care, this fridge is electrolux model # ftmd18p4kw2.

Sounds from inside of a refrigerator.

Starts with two quick finger snaps before passing an iced coffee. Coffee back back and forth, on and off wooden desk shaking the plastic cup with ice, several repetitions. Recorded with a rode nt-usb mini (and a split cup jasmine milktea and house iced coffee from zero degrees in tempe, arizona. It was good as hell. ) recorded for the fiction podcast valence. A recording of my mini-fridge that i split into two components - the hum (this) and the evaporator thing that makes all the drippy sounds. I separated them so people can change the volume of each element, since i noticed with my fridge that you can only really hear the hum if you're really close, but hear the drippy sounds from quite a distance away, even if they're really quiet. Recorded with a zoom h4n pro, used rx7 to separate the elements. As always, i've got the un-modified loop in my "raw recordings" pack.
