Part of a series of sounds. I'm breaking up a rotten old piece of fencing in my back garden and thought i'd share the resulting sounds with the world!.
This sound is a record of someone skating on cobblestones, so we hear the skate rolling on this ground. I've recorded this sound then i improved it on audacity, i reduced the wind so we can only hear de sound of the skate wheels. I've also tried to make that sound as clear as possible thanks to different effects.
Me dropping a wooden batten on my driveway at various heights. I did it around 21:30 so there would be no traffic or bird noises etc. Nice clean sound. Recorded in ny at 7:24 pm with a sound devices mix pre-3 and an audio-technica bp4025 microphone (with a rode blimp windshield). Wind, light snow, tree branches, and occasional windchimes.

Jingling 2-4 sleigh bells in a couple patterns. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 48000hz in audacity. I isolated the samples i liked and left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. Attribution appreciated but not required.
Close recording of a single person's footsteps in the snow on a winter's day. The snow was dry, so the sound is crunchy. Recorded using a neumann kmr 81i, sound devices 744 t.
Walking quietly through well packed snow. The snow was on a plowed, unpaved road in tabernash, colorado. I was wearing size 10 toms canvas shoes. The recording was done on an h6 with the standard xy capsule.
This is my first sample - hope to give back the energy to you all for some downloaded samples from freesound. Recorded in the swiss alps in spring. This was a huge tunnel under a glacier and i had my dat and to omnis with me.
