Decided to test my ability in creating sounds and samples. I recorded my own crap-tastic voice and tuned it via melodyne (highly recommend the program btw). Then threw on some simple reverb and created my own chorus effect as well and placed it on there. Hope you guys enjoy.

This is a "happy birthday to you" rendition to celebrate the 15th freesound birthday (april 5th 2020). The sound uses choir synthesis technology developed for the trompa eu project. This means that what you hear are not real singers but synthesized voices generated by a computer! the score adaptation for choir is based on a score published in the choral public domain library. A live recording of a 100+ choir in rehearsal. Recorded using a matched pair of rode nt5 for the left & right with an additional akg c451 for the centre. The idea of this recording was to capture the way a choirs sound fills a room. Some minor addtional eq has been used in the 35khz range boosting by 1db to give the performance a little oompf.

Another "holy" ambient sound, made by layering a synthesized voice speaking/singing part of the lord's player several times to create a ringing drone with a sustained chord in the background. Made in fl studio.
