Thunderstorm with three distinct peals. Birds occasionally audible in background.

22 minutes stereo recording of a thunder-storm including 3 major strikes at 0:15, 15:00, and 21:00. Rain in the background. Digitally recorded as 48khz-24bit-wav (device: zoom h4). Normalized +5db, then down-sampled to 44khz/16bit. This is the ogg vorbis file (q: 60%). There is also a flac version (lossless 100mb).

A thunderstorm rolling through. Starts off with heavy rain and then lightens up. Some cars drive by and at one point a group of people on bicycles makes their way past.

Down the slopes with famillies in a french ski ressort. Children are playing and laughing, adultes are talking, sledges are sliding on the snow. Some rare understable french words. Inspired by recent makenoise cicada series. Added clouds to an o-ctrl (fast) sequenced mimeophon output and sending partly back though feedback loop. X-pan did the rest using ochd as the lfo mod. Source for panning and fade in/out.

I placed my recorder on my window sill as this thunderstorm was raging outside. The sounds of torrential rain, thunder, and a dog barking in a distance. If you used this sound and would like to credit me, i would be honored, if not, that is fine as well. Hope this helps in anyway.

Festival of the day of the virgin of guadalupe 12/13/19 brooklyn, ny. A parade with marching band, drummers and dancers passing through a cold night in brooklyn.

1:40 field recording of exterior daytime environmental insects in the grass, with some day birds in the distance. Hint of an aircraft later at very far perspective. Edited to remove intrusions, and not recorded with a balanced stereo pair of mics.

I tied an olympus ls-5 recorder high in a tree and left it for half an hour. There are still quite a few people around and you can hear their voices alongside the birds which are getting ready to roost.
