I created this machine gun sound effect quite by accident. I was synthesizing a snare drum in fl_studio using multiple synth layers, effects and automation trying to create a really short and snappy snare and set the loop length really short by mistake and when i hit play to audition my sound i thought it resembled machine gun fire. So anyway enjoy and feel free to use it in your game or whatever way you want.

After searching the web for a decent open/close wooden door sfx i decided i would record my own for my school project. But why stop there? why not share on the web, i asked myself. So here it is! used an edirol 24 bit 96khz. Wav/. Mp3 recorder.

Another explosion i made using wavepad sound editor. This time i used compressed, muffled, and pitched down beer hiss (i used lots of beers and amplified them) and a few small metal parts and rocks. For the first part of the sound, the "bam" it does was mixed beer hiss and a punch i performed on some meat. The rest is just rocks and small metal parts, distorted, softened plus reverb. I used a shure beta 58a microphone to record all those.

I recorded a bunch of grunt noises i needed for an action short i shot with a few friends. Both short and long grunts; some are more of a yell. Recorded with an audio-technica condenser mic.

I made this sound more like the rising of something great after a period of distress.

There's actually not very many of these on the website as of now, so i'm uploading a "bullet zipping through the air right before impact" sound that's a combination of a zipper and the sound of me punching an apple.

Cycling the pump action on a shotgun. The audio is very generic and could even be used for a pistol action cycle. Recorded on a blue yeti microphone through audacity at 16bit 44000hz. Attribution appreciated but not required.

Used shotgun shells falling onto a hard surface. I recorded this sound myself using the mic on my computer and some empty shotgun shells i found by simply dropping them on the floor.

Bi-drum finale. This sound provides an impact point, an action conclusion suggestion. I combined two drum sound samples, one of the impact with a deep echo, and one a hollow wood tube strike against a hard object to a certain rhythm. The sound is somewhat like the primal drum sounds used in survivor. I used magix music maker, magix software gmbh (www. Magix. Com) with two object plug-ins; solar wood 6_ogg_001. This one is an attempt to replicate the ww2 enfield bolt action rifle the british used through world war 1 all the way to world war two and is even still used in some paramilitaries today. I used mostly recordings of the actual enfield rifle and just stacked them together, processed them with eq and multiband compression and several transient designers to bring out the snap and attached a reverb tail to it. Made this in ableton live.

I played some of the mission impossible intro. Changed it up a bit and edited the audio. I speeded up the audio, reversed a few things and tuned down the volume.

A target lock beep (in my mind similar to the beeps heard in the death star strategy session in star wars) playing at 90 bpm.
