A sound effects cd i found. It's from 1989, bainbridge records called "living sound effects vol. Iv // shuttled through it to find the stuff i liked. √π¶∆¥.

This is a little 'electronic eurorack modular synth jam'. I am singularly the one recording, producing/ posting and composing/ compiling the works as it is recorded. The date was september 04th, 2021 and it has an ''as-is'' no alteration. . Touching up. . Or thus otherwise that the uploading and steam compression did during the posting and uploading process but - take it kindly please. Lol. I would like to hear your honest options in comments as this is not anything like the music i usually do - much less dare to upload lol! ha!. Thnaks!.

Recording of pc boot up. Recorder is placed near hdd. For the first portion of sound i recorded electronic cat repelent and glass, and then speed it up. Everything is mixed together and this is the result.

This sound here was designed using the sound of myself snapping and then heavily processing using fl-studio 20. The bpm of this sample is 140bpm.

Several years back my older brother stumbled upon a bunch of old family reel to reel films and sat down one evening to project them on a wall and digitize them. This is the sound of that process. What you can hear, i imagine, is the noise of the projector in the left channel and the sound of the reels in the right channel. I've been obsessed with the sounds of the infinite variation in old analog hardware. As a sound designer, that infinite variation is often sought after but rarely, or accurately, reproduced through digital files in various libraries. Of if they are, they're often too short to cover whatever scene i am trying to fill. On the surface it's just noise but if you listen closer it's this wonderful cacophony of overlapping and repeating sounds that are always looping but never quite identical on each rotation. It was ripped from youtube using audio hijack at 48khz/16bit, but due to youtube re-encoding things as youtube does, it's nowhere near the source. It's still, in my opinion, a sound worth sharing. I used the ben burtt technic to design this punch; mixing a whip tail sound with a the sound taken from hitting a jacket with a baseball bat. I used logic to chop the whip tail up and blend it to make my own punch.

Reverbed drums for a fight scene made with ableton and omnisphere 2. Made some sounds for a film i worked on. Thought i should share since i use so many of the sounds from this website. =).

Recorded at ableton live, using old tx81z synth from yamaha + boss digital delay dd7 messing around with feedbacks and time creating tape like fx.

Recorded and processed at 24bit 48khz using the tascam dr-40 linear pcm recorder. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.

Thunder strike for the master degree in video games of university of málaga (uma). There is a rainy ambience filtered with a hpf before the thunder sound. For the thunder there are 3 parts: a metallic whoosh, the impact and a shock wave.

I crumpled some paper in different ways and cut out the noise usind audacity. Good for a stone cracking sound or simply paper crumpling. Recorded with a sennheisser sk-xsw lavalier.

Designed 5. 1 ambience of the cockpit of a small research submarine cruising submerged. Featuring small engine noises, electric ventilation and the steady gurgle of water passing the hull.

Created for a trailer for a film. I used a grandfather clock for the main ticking of the hands but layered and added other sounds such as a heartbeat, hall kick drum with reverb and synthesis techniques. Please note: the ticking by note be in sync if you use and a countdown image i had to move the ticks to accommodate the wall clock i was working with due to the ticks where not always in time.

sigil reel 2: percussion. Created by nathan moody, formatted for use in the make noise soundhack morphagene. This is one of two morphagene reels made from one-of-a-kind handmade electro-acoustic instruments and found objects created by sound designer and musician nathan moody, an outgrowth of his 2018 album, "the right side of mystery. ". This reel is focused on percussive, inharmonic content from found objects and one-of-a-kind handmade instruments including metal table tops, perforated steel gongs, stretched springs, steel tubes, a drum made from packing tape, shakers made of tin cat food lids, and much more. They were struck with rubber mallets, carbon fiber rods, drumsticks, and woolen tympani mallets. They were recorded with a variety of microphones (sennheiser mkh50, dpa 4061, audio-technica at4050, shure sm57 and beta 52a), through awtac channel amplifier and neve 511 preamps. The hits are gritty, raw, and harmonically complex often with long decays, holding up well to varispeed manipulation, decay-tail looping, and filtering.
