Very complex sound which took a lot of effort to make. Used different techniques to create the punch. The drop was created by creating a body out of pillows sand ect. Layered and used effects.

Sound i created for a film i did the effects for though i'd share it with you guys. Its a sound designed for someone to get hit with a melee weapon. Created using punch sounds i've made with also a body fall. Hope you like.

A 7 minute continuous clip of birds in my backyard. 24 bit 48khz recorded with a sound devices 552 and a matched stereo pair of akg c451b's. There are times where the wind distorts the recording - it was unavoidable even though i did have wind screens on the mics. Hopefully you can cut and paste. Enjoy. . . Peace!.

Sound made by bowing a detuned guitar tied to a clothes hanger. Recorded with two contact microphones. No effects were added, the apparent reverb tails are the waves resonating within both the guitar and the metallic clothes hanger.

The "concrete cello" pack is a collection of scraping, scratchy and droning improvisations on the cello focussing on the creation of sounds to be used as base materials for future compositions. They were originally recorded in 2019 to be used in as sound design elements for the documentary "hotel regina" by director matthias berger for which i composed the music. Part of the impetus of this sampling session was to create cello sounds that would be remiscent of construction machines. (if you look on the geotag you can see the machines, well, sort of). Created using drums tuned percussion for a moving trailer i worked on. Consists of three hits for different words sweeping on and of the screen.
