This is a recording of the drive motor of a super 8 (canon 418 auto zoom). This was recorded with the hatch to the cartridge open, so the noise is clearer. There is also the effect noise of the trigger being closed.

This is the sound of my minolta xg-1 stills film camera the wind is the film advance being pulled and the click is the shutter.

A vintage canon at-1 shutter and film advance mechanism recorded with a miktek c5. Recording from various angles, with and without the lens on, from the front, and back with film compartment, etc. Useful for foley and also a great unusual percussion sample for trap hi-hats, etc.
