I recently made a sound in audacity over the summer for use in game development. Feel free to use it however way you want. I don't mind. This is the sound of cowbells. Sorry if i didn't describe it well enough since i am still new to music making.

The soft sound of rain hitting the roof of an rv i was in. I set up my zoom h4n recorder and tried to sit as still as possible. Sounds quite nice. Edited to remove some movement noise.

Semi drives by on the highway. I tried to edit out some of the background noise, but you still hear a flag snapping in the wind a bit. However, if you layer this on top of some ambient highway noise, it shouldn't be noiticeable.

A recording i made when my wife was updating her cash balance printed recordings at a national bank. This is the only one that still uses printed stuff in a world of apps and e-banking. The sound contains useful mechanical noises and a vintage printer.

That sound was recorded in mai 2016 inside an old watermill house in bavaria, where the old waterwheel still drives a wooden gear with cogwheels. Originally that watermill had several purposes like hammering, sawing, pressing oil from different fruits or producing paper.

This sound was captured while doing a short circuit ride on my indoor bike. You will hear the variation in the location of the petals and slight variations in speed. Also you will hear my occasional breath. While somewhat over exaggerated still recessed and not overly noticed able.

A little study in c. I'm still trying to learn fl-studio. This is a little techno loop. I have used the flex synth (fl plugin) and minisynth (fl plugin). I'm using only effects from the standard (cheapest) installation.

The same bonnie file but this time run through rx's spectral denoise to clean it up a bit. A little bird noise is still audible between the clicks, but pulling samples from it should be much cleaner and easier to isolate. Enjoy.

Recording made at 11:30 at night on the edge of a pond near a deep forest. . . . Of course the spring peepers are chorusing, but then, from farther away, but definately still audible, some coyotes start calling out. Wonderful night-ambience. Enjoy.

In the garden of an old house in dreux, france, on a warm july day. Some footsteps in the dry grass, then still. Birdsong, a little bit of wind at the start, a buzzing insect. Recorded on a stereo zoom h2, slightly filtered to take the edge off the wind sounds.

Train passing and tannoy announcement as heard on-board the train leaving from portsmouth towards southampton central. The doors are still open so you can hear the platform announcements too. Recorded on a zoom h1 with roland in-ear mics.

Not quite as fun as the title makes it sound but still a good hydraulic whooshing sound i made with my tascam dr-40x on a small tripod underneath my bed as i lifted and pushed down on the hydraulic hinge. Filtered and eq'd a bit for some room buzz.

I tied an olympus ls-5 recorder high in a tree and left it for half an hour. There are still quite a few people around and you can hear their voices alongside the birds which are getting ready to roost.

A strong crack of thunder recorded late at night on friday january 10th 2020 in a small midwestern town. Equipment used: sony pcmd100 using the internal microphones. Pretty strange to still have this much rain and mild temps in january. . . It feels more like march.

Several takes of putting a glass cup with a spoon inside onto table, then putting spoon into the cup, then pouring hot water into the glass, spoon still inside. Recorded as a foley for a short feature i heleped with some sound design.

That young sounding couple close by again. On this day in the morning time, they were doing a quick one while keeping the noises down. But i could still hear them. I decided not to do much editing for this one, leaving some of the background noises in.

Happy halloween! i made another low-pitched soundtrack that was made entirely with my voice just low-pitched. This isnt the first track i made like this, and it probably wont be the last. It sounds similar to other ones i made like this, but i still like it. Use in anything you want.

I combined 2 sounds. One sound is always the same till the end and the other sound is separated in three times: one is lower, the other one louder and again lower, but still the same sound. To finish the sound i put a gong sound to show that is finish.
