I recorded water running from my bathroom sink using a shotgun mic.

Recording from a concert. A full choir and small orchestra, plus 100 audience members. The performers sat down between movements and all took a drink of water. The audience did too, and some light whispering occurred. Stereo recording at 24bit and 96khz.
