My goal has been to open any jar or bottle without assistance. Some of those are screwed on pretty tight, unlike, uhm, me. So i bought one of those squeezy things where you work against a spring, but, my hands are a bit too small to gain the necessary advantage. The alternative? a crush-able exercise ball. It's really working. I measure my progress, from time to time.

It includes a very cute voiced lady doing the automated buss announcements, as well as the beeping of the door while it opens and closes. The trains speed is around 50 to 80 km/h as it was driving in side a city.

Here you can hear this high-speed train come screaming through burbank's downtown station (traffic can be heard on i-5 in the distance). You will hear a security guard walk behind me just before the train comes through. He was one of our trusty transpo officers making sure i wasn't up to no good with my zoomh4n device. Wind noise occasionally, but no overs. This would be a good file to experiment with highpass filtering to remove wind noise.
