We needed some drum cadences for julius caesar and i was unable to find any i really liked so we grabbed our orchestra drummer here at the theater and we came up with 13 different cadences for us including jfk's funeral march. Most are done on snare and then again on a single tom, easily looped for duration. They have no verb on them so you can add as you desire for your space. Dubstep drum loop at 140bpm. Made in fruityloops studio 11 with a bunch of freesound samples. A kick, snare, hihats and a few toms.

Note: audio may not sound of good quality in preview. A bass loop made with the free brainstormer synth (it's awesome, you can find it here: http://roazhondsp. Storm-mastering. Com/), and then heavy modulated using lots of bandpass & notch filtering automation, pitch automation, distortion, resampling, & multiband compression. I'd recommend to splice things up a bit by slicing it into pieces & arranging them into something new.

Another drum track i made for a friend to jam with using the the real drum sounds in fruityloops. Its a 6 bar loop comprising of a beat with hats and the with ride and back to the hats again. Originally it was programmed at 55 bpm but sounds better at 90 or so.

Snare drum hardrock style recorded with audacity from propellerhead reason redrum and the rock kit rdk. Original name sd2_rock_h3. Played on an alesis q61.

This is a nice little hi-hat style loop. It's actually made out of a recording of a tape cassette being loaded into a tape player. Old skool!!!!!.

I've made this out of a few drum samples in fl studio and placed a deep rolling bassline underneat it to make it flow.

A kick drum with a massive reverb tail.

Pearl mlx maple 22" x 16" bass drum with remo powerstroke 3 batter head and remo ambassador black front head.

Kick drum created by merging, individual equalizing and compressing two others very different kicks. It works effectivly creating new kick drums superimposing the lower frequencies of one and the higher frequencies from another. Then group then and compress in order to melt them as they sound as one.
