A broken cd drive trying to read a cd. It sounded weird so i decided to upload it :). This recording is unprocessed (no denoising, no dynamic range compression, etc. ).

Miked at 3" distance from mouth. H4 zoom recorder.

Theme hand saw :. Production step :i reccord the sound of someone speaking. I copy this sound 4 times. One time on two i « invert » the sound for creating a contrast. So four speaking are on the « original sens » and four on the contrary. On a another track, i take another short recording of a men voice and copy this once. I add this new track to the middle of the first once. To finish i chang the pitch of all the track with a percent of change of -24. Description :this sound look like an old wood hand saw. We clearly distinguish the saw movement. Going on and going back. Add a different recoording on the middle allows the sound to be realistic. Because the hand saw sound is not regular. Made using tweaked samples and uvi falcon. All notes are hit in c, different octaves.

Making a scale of multiple instruments be hmm. . . Should i say "dazed and confused". The "dazed and confused" part has nothing to do with the audio, it is just a reference.

This emulates the sound of accelerating to warp speed or some other crazy fast velocity. Originally a clock and pendulum, modified of course. (during playback, there is a chirping sound, but upon download, it vanishes when played. ).

Okay, i actually did make a rather horrorific sound, despite my slight dislike for the horror genre. I know. I contradict myself. Anyhow, this is actually the sound of me going up an escalator while i was at a conference. I came home later and didn't know what to do with the sound, so, out of boredom, i made this. By the way, that weird shriek at 1'46" was actually a young child who was running around somewhere in the building. This sound could be used for *contradiction!!* an atmosphere for a horror game or something like that. But don't try to make me play it, because i won't! okay, well maybe. Mangled with ableton live.

I made this sound using a "image to sound" software. I loaded an image of an nmri scan of a slice of my brain and rand it trough :p.

I am back from a hiatus and made a weird short and slightly wobbly impact for any use. Could be used in combination with another sound to add impact to it (like a futuristic weapon or a jumpscare). Made with audacity.

Sometimes i feel like making weird sound things, and this is a pack full of them.

Old sound i uploaded years ago and never described until now. Software made, using addictive drums with a lot of reverb effects, subatomic vst, gort's minipiano soundfont. Plugins used: camelphat3, camelspace, black_box, bouncing ball delay, ambience, and a bunch of stock fl studio reverbs, eq's and delays.

Sound of a car being really slowed down. Creates the sound of a rumbling bass perfect for background sounds in horror themed projects. Recorded with a phone and edited with audacity. (thanks to the friend who recorded the sound).

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

A major scale played on a synth that has been progressively detuned as it ascends. It is an interesting effect. Hope someone can find some use for it.
