Recording of myself speaking words "ave maria". Main purpose of this sound is for use in the coursera course audio signal processing for music applications. Sound was recorded with android smartphone oneplus one, using application smart voice recorder in wav format, mono, 44100 hz sample rate.

This is a sound sketch trying to replicate the sound-walk near my house. This is for an assignment for the music appreciation course of loyola high school. The sound sketch includes sounds from freesound. Org such as car making a doppler effect, wind, birds cawing, and footsteps on concrete.

This is either a recurring fantasy or a bit of the real thing. Is it the latter?. Of course, it couldn't be. I really couldn't do this stuff on my own. Let's just say i know a guy who knows a guy ;-d.

Recording made at 11:30 at night on the edge of a pond near a deep forest. . . . Of course the spring peepers are chorusing, but then, from farther away, but definately still audible, some coyotes start calling out. Wonderful night-ambience. Enjoy.

A mix of whispering voices recorded as part of the flow project commissioned by lancaster arts. The source text was devised by participants in workshops. Tram sound recorded in tampere, during the day/afternoon in normal/slightly windy weather conditions. Recorded along the hervantajärvi-pyynikintori axis. Recorded in autumn/early winter using the built in microphone of a oneplus 6 in wav-format. This audio is intended to be used for the the project work of the audio processing course of tampere university.

Opening and closing of a cutter knife in several ways. __recorded in wav 48khz/24bit with the zoom h4n and sennheiser me66. Of course we are happy about every mention. Nevertheless, we do not require any attribution and are happy to provide our sound files free of charge.

Spring peepers are small frogs that emerge from mud in the spring. Recorded near a golf course, april 14 2020 around 8pm. Zoom h2n spatial mode, trimmed and amplified in audacity, dropped to 2-track for wav export. Sorry about the highway noise in the background.

In this piece, the recording of an acoustic guitar was made,with the technique of listening with one ear from several points and distances, since, as we saw in course 2, doing that is like listening to the way in which the microphone picks up the sound; and that is the specific point where the microphone must be. A dynamic microphone, interface and computer with digital audio station was used.

This is a line i'm going to use in a future animation. You see, if you've played silent hill 4, you'll know henry says "what the hell" a lot. Well, in my animation, a hole appears in my bathroom just like in the game, so of course i'm gonna say that signature line :p.

I have a large hound dog with long, heavy ears and he did the dog head-shake. I was trying to get a howl. He saw the microphone and of course, got quiet. And shook his head. It's a fairly unique sound. Please suggest what else it could represent, if you have any ideas.

A recording of several single notes on the ukelele. Noisy, not a totally clean recording either (some bleed from a c string that i didn't intend to touch). This sound was originally created for the coursera course "audio signal processing for music applications. " i recorded this sound myself with a zoom h2 microphone and a kala classical ukelele.

I needed a sound of someone falling down some stairs, so i grabbed a pelican case (took the camera out of it of course) and dropped it down the stairs a few times while my mate was holding a zoom recorder at the bottom. At one point the case hit my friend in the leg, but don't worry, he is ok.

This long recording was taken aboard the odoriko super view train from ito city bound for atami. You can hear the conductor's announcements, station arrivals and departures, passenger conversations (in japanese) and, of course, the train itself. The recording is unprocessed and made with a stereo mic pair at a 90 degree incidental angle.

Bird park: here the most prominent sounds are those of birds flying around. You can hear how wind is being pushed around by wings and of course the happy chatter between birds. There are numerous different birds that can be heard that make for an interesting ambience. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

I get annoyed easily when i hear someone telling me what to do. It gets me in trouble. This was a while ago. I hadn't ever been caught at that point, and he was the one recording. He actually got me started on that. Of course, i had taken off the offending articles of clothing and kicked off my sneakers, and was locked outside my own front door that way. Of course i couldn't go anywhere, and the only unlocked window had an air conditioner in it. Yes i did. Right over the top of it, might have looked pretty clumsy, at least…i know it was risky but not as bad as standing out there. Luckily it was a back window. Unluckily, it was raining. Hard. Should have let him build that fence.

The soundscape is created by using behringers pro-1 and crave. I recorded into logic via a yamaha mixer and steinbergs ur22 mk1. In logic i destroyed the sound completely with a bunch of effects. Effects used: space delay, microphaser, a vocoder and of course my beloved bitcrusher. Did some equalizing too.

This is a sound walk near my house. I will not add a geotag because of privacy reasons. This is a sound walk, but it is not narrated. This is for an assignment for my music appreciation course in loyola high school. Here, you can hear my footsteps, a car passing by me, making the doppler effect, and some sounds of the wind.

Was testing my rene sequencer with elements, processed through. . . . . . Of course the o. G clouds indeed ;). The clock for rene was ironically taken from the particles of braids( literally from the output of braids xd) and also the wogglebug( at ultra slow internal clock rate). Who has ever experienced complete inner peace and tranquility knows the feeling of peace that remains for days in your system. Of course there are always those impressions around you that distract you from that. But by regularly absorbing that silence, that tranquility, this peace grows. Eventually the feeling of peace is ruling and there is only just an occasional little storm. That keeps you alert, so that is good as well. So, peace at last.
