This is a free kick sound i created using a roland 808 drum machine. I then ran it through distortion and compression in sound forge to get this hard boomy crunchy punch. Pitched at c2 for convenience. Enjoy :).

A thunderstorm in munich, recorded 2020-07-01 in my backyard on second floor on a balcony. It rains, the strikes come closer, then they go away, the rain recedes. Some backyard noise, faint traffic and tram. One time you here me sighing (sorry). Some minimal clipping at thunder peaks, sorry again, but i think it's very usable anyway and contains a lot of material. Tip : it was not very processed in order to make your own process like sidechain on reverb tail, envelope. . . . Etc.

Did this punching a shirt 4 times, and then rubbing the shirt with another 4 times. I found it great for torso and leg hits(first 4), and great for de-grappling moves and push aways(last 4).

Download and loop. This break beat was made from freesound percussion hits, with some percussive hits from sound generators in fruity loops studio which was used to sequence and then quite heavily compressed in realtime, with seperate effects applied to the kicks and snares. Recorded out wav at 44khz 16bit stereo ~ 140bpm.

Various slap sounds recorded in a both with an neumann u87i. There is a metallic resonance from one of the music stands. The slaps hit various body parts (face, neck, belly). Feel free to use however you like.
