I went to an auction last week, and recorded some sounds with my zoom h4n. The auctioneer is fairly close, but not close enough that you don't get any echo. Several cars drive by. People yelling "yep!". Loopable.

Wind storm.

Wind noise, made from several segments of white noise with different eq and flange settings, cross-faded to form one long loop. Bad windstorm was came to pécel, hungary on 31st march 2012. I recorded some sounds caused by the wind, for example door shutting, trees whizzing, etc. I used sony stereo dictaphone, 44100 khz, 16 bits, stereo. I tried to minimize the rumbling sounds.

Christmas day 2007 in ramsgate harbour. The weather was cold and misty with a bit of wind. The result is an eerie sound as the wind rattles the rigging of the yachts, enhanced by a couple of birds flying across the harbour making mournful squawks.
