Recorded in czech republic using iphone 7 plus mic at 320kbps (which i found had a more rounded sound than more advanced mics i used for the same sound). A partially down dead tree caught on another tree, branches rubbing together in the wind. I put my phone on the tree so the phone would catch the vibration as well as the sound. Could be used for a sailboat/ropes creaking as well. Samsung s9 - voice memo - m4a - audacity - trim/amplify - wav.
