Did this punching a shirt 4 times, and then rubbing the shirt with another 4 times. I found it great for torso and leg hits(first 4), and great for de-grappling moves and push aways(last 4).

I recorded my washing machine. Shoes were inside, so it sounded like water in a jar. . . Some parts sound like a space generator.
