Moving a big rock.

Lifting some breadbox sized rocks and dropping them on softball sized rocks. Also rubbing rocks of various sizes together.

I didn't find a cc0 sound i liked for this, so i shoved stuff around on my desk, recorded it with my yeti, and pitched it down a couple percent, and it sounded adequate enough for my purposes. I think it sounds bouldery enough, right?.

I created this sound by taking two large cobblestone blocks and hit one against the other. Good for sound design. There is a little rattle on some of the heavier hits, it couldn't be helped since the block is so heavy.

I mixed together other public domain sounds from this site to make a convenient rock crumbling sound for video games or other things. Created for an upcoming film, this is the audio from a nightmare a character in the film has about the terrible 1966 aberfan, wales disaster. He sees himself in a hallway at pantglas school then hears the coal tip land slide coming, then sees it crash through a distant wall and come rushing at him.
