True story: bob the rooster, while defending his chooks, had quite the tussle with a large fox in 2020 and survived. So instead of getting mad at him for waking up the dead each morning, i recorded him on my handy little zoom h1n recorder. Sound description: hundreds of crows squawking on a breezy afternoon. In nature you have a "gaggle" of geese or a "pod" of whales, but a "flock" of birds, if they happen to be crows is actually called "a murder of crows". An appropriate name if you happen to be standing underneath hundreds of them in the trees. They emit a murderous ;) squawk and screech for hours. This was a digital audio recording, done at 48 mhz at a group of trees a mile from a country freeway. You can still hear the ambient sounds of the distant cars.
