This stereo recording was made on november 23, 2014 in brady, washington. The clip contains a union pacific freight train rolling at moderate speed through a rail crossing. As the train passes a crossing bell can be heard abruptly shutting off. This original recording was made using a zoom h-6 handy recorder with zoom stereo xy microphone. Since i have little knowledge about improving field-recordings i uploaded the files as they were, only cut off the switching on and off of the recorder (zoom h2n).
