Changed the pitch of guitar chords.

Very amateur guitar play of a tune of my own doing, up and down fret board mainly on one string. From an old cassette (memorex 120) recorded in 1984 when i was 15. This was an experimental recording session, using two tape recording machines. This is take - 1 or track - 1 of 3, with the end result making a 3 track recording.

I hit the body of the guitar while holding a d chord shape (in standard tuning). You will hear the chord trailing and fading out after the guitar hit.

From frederick noad's book: 'idiots guide to playing the guitar. ' noad plays it so beautifully, i could never match him, but i just wanted to try it with the electric instead. Recorded with my squire tele and squire bass into the focusrite interface. The guitar went through the walrus slo pedal on 'dream' setting with editing done in reaper. (shout out to kenny gioia for the tips). Bass was run through my behringer bxl 1800 bass amp and through the interface. Both instruments were triple tracked. I thought that i would record some slide playing on my acoustic guitar, and then cut the entire thing down to make up some licks and notes that people can use. I have used noise reduction, because there was some noise.

Sound is guitar into danelectro tremolo and me-30 on a wah setting. Not much else that i can remember. Another example of me trying to rip off throbbing gristle.

I created this sound with additive synthesis ,using different eg`s and five different sounds for low ,middle and high harmonics. The pluck noise is a filtered noise at the resonance frequency of 523 hz.
