This is a modified version of "earthkiller background 1", the background noise inside a space station. I removed some upper midrange (1700 hz) to make it easier to mix with dialog.

A short intro (longer variation). Perfect for games and films with retro or classical sci-fi style. Sound is completely free, it was made in lmms using zynaddsubfx (both open source and free).

Just an mri type scanning machine sound i made using a vocoder and a synth, feel free to use it in any of your projects.

Some eerie mysterious sci-fi-ish music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt.
