Set up about 15 feet from a railroad crossing and recorded a passing freight train. Nice whistle and approach, quieter later except for the rumble and scraping.

Poking around in my grandmother's barn - building is approx 140 years old and filled with old tools, furniture and other random things. Strange noise that emanated from a barn that was being built on the somerset/wiltshire border. Possibly created by the machine laying the flooring. Also wind, some distant traffic, birdsong.

Interpret this sound as you wish. . . To me it sounds like repositioning a body, maybe to stage a crime scene by dragging the victim into position.
