Not sure how to describe it, so i'll just describe how i made it. . Micro sampled something in g minor, added tons and tons of lfos to filter modulation, with more filters, and eq and utility, and tons of effect plugins like vinyl, lofi2, saturaters, yeah yeah. . All that stuff.

This recording was made 12 years ago, in 2008, so i may be wrong, but i believe it was recorded in times square. Recorded on edirol r-09, 48k, 24bps. Free to use anyway you like!.

The sounds of birdcalls in port stephens, nsw, at around 6am in spring time. November 2015. There are doves, curlews, magpies, rainbow lorikeets, corellas, and different sea birds. An image was created to sound using sonicphoto. . Google it. . Free version is what i used, then went into ableton did some eq adjustments, probley didn't even do anything. But o well. Added some fades to make the sound more enjoyable.

A recording of my backyard early april morning. Various birds, light traffic (far away), light breeze, and some occasional chickens. Can faintly hear me walking and doing some light chores around the yard (my apologies for that).

The sound of birds and distant thunder awoke me from a long nap, and so i sprung off the couch and grabbed my recording equipment, dashing outside just in time to record the arrival of a thunderstorm. Over the course of this clip, the storm gets closer and closer, until it starts to rain with increasing intensity. The clip is nicely unmolested by wind, and contains a nice background of birds. A tremendous thunderclap is featured in the middle, three minutes in.

Created from ableton's stock instrument "light key". Created a midi, freezed and flattened, added automation effects added some lfo, some eq re arranged the echo effect to fit what i thought, and just saved it as this.
