This is a short section of a very small group of people clapping, either to suggest a very small group being polite, or an awkward and uncomfortably small reaction from a larger crowd. My coutry issued a nationwide lockdown after 9pm, so i decided to record the silent streets since you rarely get this quiet of an atmosphere in the middle of a city :).

In spring as the ice was thawing, i sat beside a rapidly flowing stream. The water rushed quickly over a tiny waterfall sounding cold and quick and light.

Nearly a full minute of birds and other ambiant noises which i captured with my zoom h1n in my parents' yard in a northern greek village.

Modern noise - a quiet kitchen at night in an urban surrounding, and the constant sound of a big samsung fridge. Very distant tv sounds and voices. Recorded with a blue yeti on the floor (omnidirectional mode i think), cut to make it loop cleanly and boosted up a bit with goldwave. I kept it short (less than 2 minutes) to make it easier to manipulate in my video editor timelines. Hope someone finds it useful.

It is a weekday morning, some people are walking and talking on the premises. A group of schoolchildren passes some distance away at the beginning, some light construction work is going on in the midrange, and in the far range the busy city noises of london can be heard. The recorder is in the center of the courtyard facing into the complex. Recorded with a zoom h2n and matrixed to 5. 1 surround.

A particular insect, maybe a grasshopper doing this sound which i use as background atoms instead of the typical cricket. Recorded stereo on zoom h4 on board mics, i edited it to remove some of the hiss.

The only way to get good classroom ambiance is to record it in a classroom. That's exactly what this is. Recorded in a classroom as the students were studying and the teacher was quietly walking around. You'll hear a few random noises, some papers shuffling, some very muffled dialog, an air conditioner in the background.
