It is a sound i created for my project. I used it for destruction of some bigger ships. But it should works for others. I used rifle sound, thounder and volcano eruption sound. And mixed it with audacity.

I made this sound for scenarios with a massive explosion and large-scale damage to infrastructure, epic-sounding possibly nuclear explosion!.

To make these sounds, i hit my knuckles onto a thin sheet of metal on a bookshelf. The last sound on the recording was also made by dropping a coin onto the same spot on the shelf. If you use this in a project that gets released online or elsewhere, please comment and let me know about it! :).

This is a free kick sound i created using a roland 808 drum machine. I then ran it through distortion and compression in sound forge to get this hard boomy crunchy punch. Pitched at c2 for convenience. Enjoy :).

This is the first version of cannon. Wav. I tried to make a sort of explosion with my voice, and added a compressor, reverb and a little bit of distortion. Slow mo cannon. Wav was edited a bit more.

This is a long recording taken in the backyard of my neighborhood on july 4, 2021. There are lots of distant (and a few closer) booms and explosion sounds. Kind of sounds like a war going on! in this longer recording a plane also flies overhead, and someone drives down the street.

A flashbang grenade explodes and the sound of your ears ringing

This is a recording i took in my back yard on the 4th of july 2014. There are the sounds of crickets as neighborhood fireworks being set off faintly in the background sounding almost like a war zone. The house is off a busy street, so there is also some traffic sounds. Neighborhood dogs bark at the fireworks faintly in the background.

This is the version without any amplification added. I just felt the amplified version gave it more "umph" but decided to ultimately leave it up to whoever decides to use 'em.

A breakbeat i created with vsti dr-008 808 hits in jeskola buzz, compressed for extra boom and eq'd to pump up the bass. C3 126 bpm.

I recorded some fireworks on new years day by my sony stereo dictaphone. The original recording was a wav file but i converted into mp3 file in order to save space.

Here's some of my works, if you like it feel free to use wherever you want.

Explosion sound created using a zoom h1 and tempering with metal fibers near the mic capsules. Added verb and pop compression for better flexibility. Recorded at 24bit 96khz, down converted to 16 bit wav. Feel free to use this for what ever you need it. Wouldn't mind some credit, thank you. :) stay tuned for more audio effects. A friend and i have carefully re-created a sound very similar to his boom sound from scratch using thor synths and reverb in reason 7 and cubase with some tweaking in soundforge. This one's totally public domain, creative commons, non-attribution pro-commercial use! and it sounds just like herbert's. Remember,. This is not herbert boland's sound. It's just a very similar re-creation. Enjoy the freedom to use this commercially and without attribution!. .
