It's me jamming a bit using my epiphone's explorer (tuned to drop-d). Recorded with a zoom h2 via mic-in and a jack cable. Unprocessed an undedited recording. I tried out some licks and chords. I'm not a good guitarist. Nevetheless, this might be a nice recording if you're making an animation about learning musician, or a game with a band member rehearsing alone in a room, or if you want to just chill to my little jam session. This should be mono, but i calculated the difference between left and right channel and it is not zero. So i uploaded it as a stereo file. Could use some denoising. There is some silence at the beginning so you can do that if you need.

De-tuned electric guitar noise played through a heavy metal pedal and a small practice amp , recorded with a cheap condenser mic and fussed with a bit.

This is a bass sound, not tuned but it is a perfect loop withouth clicks. It has no panning effect - i will do that on another sample. It is not tuned - use a program that tunes the samples to tonal. You must use it only in one octave from c5 to c6. In other octaves sounds not like a normal bass.

The sound of a burp made by my cousin a time ago, slowed. It sounds like a chord with distortion. . . Recorded with a standard recorder.

This sample consists of noise recorded via a hondo strat electric guitar resp. The guitar's neck pickup. Throughout the sample there is a low hum. In the beginning, a mobile phone was moved in front of the pickup. The noise might have been created by the clock of the phone's cpu or the backlight of the phone. After that, one crt display is switched on resulting in a buzz. Later on, a second crt display is switched on, again resulting in a buzz followed by additional noise in higher frequencies. Then, a neon light is switched on, creating even more noise. Towards the end, again the mobile phone. . . The guitar was connected to a scott&noble ht25r amplifier which was recorded with a t. Bone sc450 condenser and a behringer ddx3216 digital console directly into ardour.

Created this excerpt for my film "one thing". Melodic cello is joined by chirpy guitar to create an odd mood. Very lovely imo. Not a complete piece but a nice sound-bite?. Created in garage band at 120bpm. Mp3 file. Simple two track overlay. Feel free to hash it, mash it and trash it. Use it as you wish, with only two conditions:. 1. A short and simple tapping riff. All guitar tracks were recorded with an ibanez rg7321 plugged directly into an m-audio fast track pro. I used cubase as my daw and plugins by tse audio and lepou for overdrive and amp simulation, respectively, some stock cubase plugins (eq, compression, delay, etc. ) and some drum hits were added using superior drummer.

This could be used (for example) as a sci-fi bed or other background. This sound was created using a guitar recording, modified with the usss tools for the pure data programme. I granulated it and did other things but i can't remember what.
