Recorded inside of an abandoned building next to a boarded-up, old wooden exit door. Has a nice, subtle low hum, which is actually from a plane flying overhead. Also contains knocking sounds, which is most likely the door being a bit loose. Would be awesome for horror atmospheres. Feel free to use this sound for what ever you wish to. My first posted sound effect, this is something made on my synthesizer for fun this morning that i think people could get use out of for horror videos and such, as the sound kind of reminds me of a spider or some kind of creature not unlike one scuttling across a wooden floor.

This sound started with a simple recording (yeti microphone) of me clapping my hands. I later added effects to it in ableton.

My clap for a film timing mark and my cat charlotte reacting. Sadly, and with a lot of tears shed, charlotte had to be put to sleep in february 2019. We miss her so much. Recorded with my yamaha pocketrak and edited with sony vegas. Track also duplicated. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :^).

Here is a recording of myself baging on my window from outside with the my microphone and recorder placed inside to record the interior perspective. Sennheiser mkh 416 - sound devices 442 - tascam dr680. The only processing done is a slight bit of noise reduction. Enjoy!.

50 claps made in blok modular from scratch. Supposed to sound very unrealistic/dry/drum machine-like as possible so you don't have to sample the real thing. Some of these use asymmetric waveshaping which adds dc offset (0 hz noise) so you may want to highpass the crustier ones. I would've uploaded a zip of the individual hits but because of the way freesound works you'll have to chop it up yourself.

This is the sound of two sticks banging together. I used it for the sound of crutches banging into each other, but i think the sound works for anyone who is trying to recreate wood things hitting each other. The sound was recorded on a blue yeti microphone recording into audacity on a mac and using two sticks from a carrom table to make the noise.
