This is an old cow or goat bell. It is small, about 2 1/2 inches and made of brass.

Used audition's noise removal tools to minimize audible background noise. While no others effects have been added, i would recommend using a hard limiter of around 10-20db for a fuller sounding bell. Attribution appreciated but not required.
