This is a field-recording of besançon, saint claude's district, in france. You can hear the church ringing the sunday morning's bell. Taken out of my window with a shure ksm27 on a sound boom + art tube mp project series usb. This is my first contribution in the freesound project, to thanks everyone here for sharing amazing sounds. Recorded on 21/02/2010 at approx. 9am standing next to the grossmünster church in zürich, switzerland. Recorded with a zoom h2 in 2-channel surround mode, with a windshield (but unfortunately there is still a bit of wind noise towards the end when the police siren starts). File has not been modified, only cut short from a longer recording.

This sound of alarm clock was entirely made with audacity. First, i generated a sinusoïdal key at 575 hz with an amplitude of 0. 11 during 3 seconds. Then i deselect my track and i generated an other sinusoïdal key at 1500 hz with an amplitude of 0. 33 during 3 seconds too. I deselected the track and i generated a final sinusoïdal key at 2800 hz with an amplitude of 0. 56 during 3 seconds. Next i selected my 3 tracks and i clicked on track - mix and render to a new track. I added a tremolo effect with a reverse serrated and a degree of 0, a level of 100 and a frequence at 25,0 hz. The wave must looks like stuck triangles.

Bell ringing from the north malvern clock tower. It's not a clean recording at all, with a lot of background noise from my walking around.

Jingling 2-4 sleigh bells in a couple patterns. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 48000hz in audacity. I isolated the samples i liked and left a small gap of silence between them for separation later. Attribution appreciated but not required.
