The thunder from a single bolt of lightning, recorded in johor bahru, malaysia mid-afternoon october 2022. It hadn't yet started raining when i recorded this. The recording device was the inbuilt stereo microphones of the zoom h5.

Recorded in ny at 4:20 pm with a sound devices mix pre-3 and an audio-technica bp4025 microphone (with a rode blimp windshield). One hour and 14 minutes of rain, howling thunder, and an occasional bird. The file was edited and lengthened using goldwave and audacity.

This lightning strikes just few meters from me!trying to record a nice dry summer storm in the country side azaruja, portugal. The phasing effect is from the walls of the outside porch where i was standing. Was an unforgettable experience, lots of luck to have it recorded!sony tcd-d7 dat with a stereo panasonic wv-mc12 mic.

Thunder - near and distant rumblings.

This is a 'epic' rolling-thunder with multiple strikes. It is a combination of the following freesound. Org sounds:thunder by netajthunder 01 by olliehahn12thunder 1 by yoyodaman234. The goal was to get some 'theater friendly' thunder version that has the low base rumbling and also some sharp/crispy parts. This is the same as https://freesound. Org/people/s-light/sounds/414050/only as wav file.

This sound is created with two sounds that i recorded at the university. First, the sound of the zip of the pocket and then the falling keys sound. First of all, i cut the two fragment,from two different track, that i wanted for my mix. After, i first worked on the zip sound, which was pretty bad recorded but, after reduced noises, all seemed better ! i made the same thing for the other sound, the falling keys one. Then i ad the last one at the end of the first one, mix a little bit to make the two sounds seemed natural together. After, i normalized the track. At the end, i saved and export my track !.

Recorded a near lightning strike using a vive surround sound mic and an h4n zoom recorder. The audio file was edited in adobe audition. The surround sound effect should play in any dolby surround sound system. This was my first attempt.

This is the sound of a jacket zipper going up and down at various speeds. While it is from a jacket, it does sound also like the zipper from a tent as well. This was recorded with an akg c-214 condenser microphone in my home studio.
