Noise removal may not be necessary at all depending on how you incorporate the sound. Also to be fair, how do you add noise removal to what is essentially glorified white noise?.

Here is my attempt at making a startup sound for a video game system reminiscent of the sounds from playstation or xbox systems. I made it about 4 years prior to uploading, as the idea didn't cross my mind until now.

I created this sound with audacity using its pluck generator as the base soundthen modding it into a somewhat electrical sound.
