This is a creepy sound i created by loading few megabytes of /dev/urandom to audacity as gsm 6. 10 raw data. I also added some wahwah and slowdown to make it sound even more weird.

I was hitting my wood desk with the tips of my fingers at the beggining then tapping my fingernails and then i was hitting my palms and the ring on my hand also made a sound.

I took my snare drum into the wonderfully echoey parking garage of my building to record the reverb. Included are samples recorded from varying distances and positions. Also included are dry versions, recorded in a living room and a super-dry elevator. When used in a production, try mixing in the heavily reverbed snares against the dry ones to fit your taste. Also the reverb snares work well mixed under even unrelated percussions to add a neat ambiance. The same goes for my "stairwell foot stomps" sample set. Recorded 24-bit stereo with a sony pcm-d50. This is the final piece for our final project of sound creation laboratory. We have made changes in several ways: erasing redundant information (such as spoken words), filtered a section of the piece in order to make a sense of outside the club or inside the club. We also introduced an echo effect to make the effect of a drunk state. Furthermore, a bed sound has been placed at the final of the piece. This is a good improvement related with the final impression the piece gives to the audience. It's a recreation of tired atmosphere and also of the desire of sleeping.

This was recorded while sitting in a closet during a tornado warning as a thunder-storm raged outside the house. It was recorded on april 28, 2020 in tulsa, oklahoma. There are several very low frequency booms from the deep thunder. You can hear the faint sound of tornado sirens blaring outside. There is also the intermittent sound of panicked breathing by one of the two dogs that were also riding out the storm, sheltered in the closet. A thunderbolt rattles some wood hangers on the hanger rod.

This is something that my on-line teacher has me playing. I took up the guitar again and even though this is a short piece it has a certain beauty to it. Vent- it was in a long hallway where the walls were close together. In the hallways that the vent was in there were many offices near by where you could also hear keyboard clicks coming from the offices. Stereo recording on a h2 digital recorder.

Heavy rain i recorded from my bedroom window. Besides the rain, you also hear the water dripping from the roof. There's one loud thunder in it, and a handful of farther, quieter ones. Recorded using an audio-technica atr2500-usb microphone.
