Well, i read on an overly-cautious tourist site that if you go around medina market in marrakech taking videos of people, you're likely to get yelled at. So instead i brought along my trusty tascam dr-05 portable digital audio recorder and recorded the sounds of the market, which are pretty amazing.

Wind blowing and swooshing paints a beautiful picture. The sharp lightning strikes are very prominent. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg. This is a great ambience to create the basis of an amazing soundscape.

This is a test recording of my brand new rode shotgun microphone. I connected it to my sony recorder and did this recording. It sounds amazing for being the price that it was.
