This is a series of basic single cycle waveforms sampled from open source synthesizers, for use in tracker software or other sample based synths.

1000hz sawtooth wave.

Just a saw noise made with a staple and a pizza box :).

Basic sequence of one fm voice with a noise waveform and one fm voice with a triangle waveform. The metallic sound of the noise waveform is nice :).

(caution: intended only for use as part of a larger waveform). Upward ramp of a 10 hz square wave; equivalent to 100% dc offset.

A simple 440 hz tone (sine) created in audacity. Or at least that's what it's supposed to be. . . For some reason, when i uploaded it, it sounded all distorted.

Waveform recorded from the basic vst wavesimd (an emulator of the ppg wave 2. 2) with a rich harmonic spectrum. This sound is heavily influenced by a bass.

Triangle wave contains odd harmonics that decrease at −12 db/octave.
