Stereo field-recording of the most exuberant birdsong and easter morning bells i've ever heard. A single woman's heeled footsteps are heard at the beginning. A couple car passes. Removed a bit of the ambient urban roar with soundsoap. Recorded with two sennheiser 416's in xy, to fostex pd-6.
At 4 pm (hawaii time), it's the sounds of birdsongs and blowing light breezes in the trees lining the rather dry river near my home in honolulu. You can also hear the humming of my refrigerator in the background.
I had been out on a field recording trip in sheffield and on my arrival home was struck by the vigour and volume of the birdsong in my garden so i made a quick recording of it while i had my portable pcm recorder to hand. There are quite a number of different birdcalls on the recording but sadly i cannot specify the particular bird names.
Woodland wildtrack with a mixture of birds. Noisy crows and all sorts of birdsong and a solitary bee. Recorded in pedlars wood, frinton-on-sea, essex, uk. Recorded with a zoom h6 msh-6 stereo mic on a calm spring morning.
