Recorded on an early summer day in poland, very close to a construction site of a big apartment block at the coast of puck bay with my tascam dr 22, you will hear even the clicking of the big power switches of a crane that swung by from time to time :-).

Simulation of a heavy object being dragged or pushed across the ice. Effect was created by dragging a small block of wood across a tolex covered surface, overlaid with sound of fingernail dragging across the bottom of an empty, but icy ice cube tray. Recorded with an sm57 dynamic mic.

A pneumatic air tool (jackhammer) was used to lower some concrete blocks on the exterior of our garage. I was inside the house recording it with a zoom h2 recorder. So this was recorded through an insulated wall. This is a combination of the 2 previous recordings, so it's a bit more concentrated/intense.

Recorded using an iphone 3g voice recorder sitting in the center of the plaza at la cruz de huanacaxtle in nayarit mexico. Tropical birds in a tree to the left, a person to the right fiddles with their bag, then near the end a single small car drives around the block. About 1 minute in duration.

Tempos from 90 - 185 bpm totally loopable! break those rythms down girls! (and boys!) oh i love the acid jazz and the drunks. They rule!.

A recording made near monument creek. I needed to block wind noise and so there are strange fluctuations with the eq, although maybe this is a feature and not a bug for someone out there. I walked away from the rapids until i was about twenty feet away. At one point, a helicopter passed over, and you may hear a motorcycle ride by.

You will hear the first construction site that i walked by that has the circular sawing. Then i walked past it and sat down for the majority of the recording where you can hear the second construction site that is about a short-block away and that's where all the hammering is coming from. Recorded around the plantation fields of kompolt (hungary), near the plant research institute. There are long dirt roads around the area, it's a big open place, so whatever wind, breeze comes barely anything could block it. That's why sometimes the recording's quality gets bad at places. Ambience of a night in december. It snowed earlier in the day, with freezing rain after. In this you can hear icy trees crackle as they sway in the wind. A block away, motorists are passing by. Some people yell out. A one-note wind chime is dinging, sometimes another wind chime sounds. Some ice falls, and various other little things happen. . .
