This sound is an audio file that slowly breaks up the further it is played. I recorded this with an in-built microphone, no idea what make though. I recorded this on audacity, and added gradual distortion. Warning: you may need to turn down the volume for the last 6 seconds!.

Rain gently falling in the woods, recorded 2017 oct 19, fitzwilliam, new hampshire, usa, with a tascam dr-40's built-in mics. Increases and decreases in intensity. Can be looped. I have not altered or colored the sound in any way, leaving that to anyone who cares to use it.

Shower is turned on through tub pull which then runs uninterrupted, then splashes and moving is added to simulate someone in the shower. Then the shower is turned off. Recorded with built-in mic on h4n pro.

Young girls are practicing music in a room. There is a drum-set and a piano there. Recorded with olympus vn-120, which is basically designed for taking voice memo. Drum beats are compressed by a little electronic circuit built in vn-120's tiny body. The mere thought of it just impresses me.

Just having some fun with the 6 inches of snow that we received. This recording is of wave ripples hitting the sand on lake superior. This was recorded with a zoom hrn pro handy recorder. It was edited in cubase le 10 focusing on compression and normalization. This is my attempt to emulate the sound of the harmony 64 chimes that can be heard on some ice cream trucks. I used a single note from a low-quality recording from a demo of the chimes for the base synth then cleaned up the audio using audacity and set the starting pitch to "c". They're made using a little wavetable-based synth which i built from scratch; the wavetable contains 32 home-grown waveforms, and the synth's parameters and effects are controlled by a bank of 16 sequencers.
