Stomping on a big cement ground as hard a possible with a contact mic attached to the ground. The contact mic provides lots of bass so you can use this for punches, kicks, impacts, anything that can use a sweeter for impacts. I handmade my contact mic and recorded that into a h5. Forest drum sound similar to the old donkey kong style sounds with some atmospheric sound that carries on after using a cement mixer and some rain. If some aspects of this sound are not to your liking there's a couple variations on my page.

From under a concrete bridge, the sound of cars driving at a fairly high speed over the decking. Unlike some similar bridges, this one does not produce any loose metal clanking at the joints and there is very little flange to the sound as the cars pass.
