A dragon roaring. I created this effect for a production of shrek. I recorded several takes of an actress roaring, and mixed some of them together, adding eq, distortion, and reverb to create the resulting effect. Recorded with an sm-57. Actress: nicole lewis.

Generate a sinusoid at 150hz and a whistle repeat once which is inverted. Modification of the envelope to create a fade in and fade out. Between the 2 whistle, modification to have no jump. Then generate a tone and placed it like the gradation with the whistle.

This sound was made by wiggling one cutting board against another to create a sound of wood colliding each other when dropped as they touch the ground. This was recorded at the open window institute sound booth in centurion, south africa.

Recorded the sounds with a zoom h1n in my apartment. Snare is a flick with my fingers on a wooden door + added snarebuzz in post production to it, kick is a hit with my hand on the wall produced some nice lows. I had to create an another track for just the transient, but essentially made from the same sound. Hihat is the stove's clicking sound with added reverb. Post production made in ableton live lite with mostly the integrated audio effects, but i also used some free plugins to create this drum loop. I hope you enjoy, it's 100% royalty-free.

These are series of various flash bulb pop sounds designed by me for the war-themed short film project. I've decided to create those myself from scratch, because i could not find any proper recordings of those rare vintage flash bulb which were closed lamps that contained a magnesium filament along with oxygen gas that would be ignited and create a significant pop followed by short crackle. I've taken a spectrogram of the keyboard trying to create a similar timbre in supercollider. For each part of the spectrogram, i've created a randomly generated envelope. However, due to the fact that sc capabilities are limited and the spectrogram is discrete, i've got a funny unusual sound.
