I used a midi loop of a guitar sound and an effect to create a weird down-shifting trailing short melody sample. I used ableton live and its grain delay plugin.
Created using audacity, a teleport style effect, pitch shifting lower with a tremelo, and a delay/reverb applied. Using in an application during processing, while loading bar is building.
Short resonance sweeps created on the roland sh-101 synthesizer. These work nicely for ambient electronic sounds (add some delay) or transition effects.
