nonlinearcircuits jerkoff chaos circuit is based on sprott's chaotic jerk equation. This sound is long and boring. . . But i wanted to test the nlc jerkoff. This might be of interest to someone. . . I upload an mp3 file to save disc space. . . The single module has 3 outs. 2 of them are controlling vcaa and one is connected to an envelope follower that generates a trigger when the cv is high enough. The signals in to the vca are the same (1. 5v). A way to illustrate the work of the module. Maybe.

A double krell with delay.

It's monday and the krell is angry. This is a version of the krell patch. Analog modular synth doing it's thing.

4 cross modulated/connected looping envelopes phasing in and out of some sort of equilibrium. Cross connected in pairs. . . Lot of spring reverb. . .

Three looping envelopes 2 on quadra and one pip slope. Forming a minimal rhythm. It's not stable. I make it even more unstable by injecting some cv to one of the envelopes. Maybe i injected a little to much? cool anyway.

Cool sounds from filter. The two filters filter a tri-wave. The filters are almost self oscillating and are modulated by an lfo. Natural tones. And some spring reverb and analog delay.

Testing/documening my nonlinearcircuits timbre!. "this is basically a clone of the buchla timbre found in the easel. ". Sound:1. Sine wave not going throught wave folder2. Sine wave though wave folder3. Triangle though wave folder4. Square through wave folder5. Saw through wave folder. An lfo is modulating the bias. No, when going through the folder the there is never a sinus wave. . . Next time. . . Also it is a matter of calibration. I should check it out.

Two envelopes trigger each other and the quantizer which is fed with cv from the sloth lfo. Anyway, a modular synth experiment. A triangle wave from an lfo acts as a bass tone.

Feedback loop involving jupiter storm, a-147-2vcdlfo and a-101-1 vactrol vcfcv injected from 2 x sloth and intellijel quadra expander in quadra moodsome spring reverb. After ~1min i switch "noise core disruptor" (jupiter storm) off. Evaluation of patch/soundone cycle is about 28 sec - goodonly short sounds - badamplitude variation - goodpitch variation - goodtimbre variation - goodmusical value - low to mediumentertaining - high, or what?. Start with chaos. In this sound/patch you have the possibility to enjoy chaos and feedbacki use my sloth lfos and jerkoff - another chaos moduleim possible sick i like this - thou its simple. Sloth modulate vco and filter cut of frequencyfeedback from vco to the filter via a vca controlled by a looping envpan fx also controlled by sloth - same env that controls the frequency. The "prassel" rustle sound is great in my earsjerkoff, exp vca, function and another sloth. Muffled muddy balim sound created with interplay of 2 o-ctrl (thanks walker!) through strega and o-coast. Echophon, mimeophon and morphagene heavily involved along with the haible tau phaser. X-pan plays the stereo. Rendered in reaper @48khz 32 bit fp with 14 markers for all you morphagene fans out there. Enjoy the mud!.

I'm trying hard to learn/understand nlc genie. Bought the module 3rd hand. . . At least. Some techno-like sounds. Genie and drum sound are modulated by nlc jerkoff. Genie is modulating vco and vcf.

Using an cvlfo in a feedbackloop creating very "chaotic" cv!.

Patch on a large modular analog synth, mainly doepfer but with some sputnik and intellijel modules. Sounds very arp 2600-ish, a soundcape reminiscent of birdsong and tweets. Mainly tuned filters seeded with pink noise.
