Medical stuff in packaging. It is going out. Recorded with zoom h2. Edited with audacity. This sound is cc0 but i highly recommend that you include a link to this page when using it, to avoid misunderstandings. Http://farm9. Staticflickr. Com/8070/8213683889_517a10ef52_o. A recording of me tossing around and tapping on a metal foil lid from a food container. Recorded at my desk. Slightly edited to remove background noise and long pauses.
Raindrops in a rainwater gutter which ends in plastic construction foil, depending on the angle of the foil it leads to a different pitch of the dropping.
Recorded with zoom h2 at 96 khz / 24-bit. Edited and converted to flac using audacity, otherwise unprocessed. Midway through recording i have lowered my gain setting from hi to mid to avoid clipping. Some background noise (fridge) is left in for noise removal. I prefer to get raw audio from freesound i can process myself - gives me maximum options, that's why i deliver the same. This is me stretching a small sheet of aluminum foil way too close to a zoom h4n. The first of a little guessing game on my website. Http://stosht. Com/tagged/whats-that-sound.
Sounds like rain. Made from crumpling tin foil. Should loop seamlessly. Boosting some of the lower frequencies (around 80 - 100 hz) should add some thunder for you.
Recording of a 1970's model of a foil ribbon machine, used to create 1st, 2nd, 3rd, place ribbons, etc. . . Nice untouched mechanized, industrial sound.
A meaty glass impact with some cracks forming afterward. Perfect sound for when the glass object breaks, or is nearly broken by some heavy metal object. Made by hitting a porcelain plate with a metal spoon, then crushing up some aluminium foil and ice chunks in my hand. The sound files were then pitch shifted and merged in audacity.
The sound of shaken bush. Prepared as game sound made with h1 zoom. To make it i used some thick paper, foil and plastic bag. You can use it freely but if you can, link me your creations in the comments - i'm curious to see what you do with it!. Have fun!.
