This is some background music i made in fl studio for a horror game i made. I thought that you could use it too. While recording narration on my blue yeti microphone, the cable came loose in just such a way that it started glitching and converted everything i said into weird techno music. In the radio drama big data, it was used to represent the end of the internet. You are free to use it in any way you like, but it would be super funny if you credit it to "broke yeti" as though that is a real band and help me confuse people.

(edit of other recording, with eq, reverb etc. ) recorded inside of an abandoned building next to a boarded-up, old wooden exit door. Has a nice, subtle low hum, which is actually from a plane flying overhead. Also contains knocking sounds, which is most likely the door being a bit loose. Would be awesome for horror atmospheres. Chopping wood with an axe. Some distant traffic is noticeable occasionally. Recorded in stereo 24 bit 96 khz with the internal mics on a sony m10 with windjammer. About 1 meter away from the logs being chopped. Please use this sound for whatever you want, completely free, no restrictions. The final boss of 2020. Brand new content after years of not bringing brand new content! this one is entirely done on software. Plugins used for creation:ni kontakt 5 with stigma by sampletraxx, pain piano by silence+other sounds, chillerscapes free library by resomonics, ni massive, etc. Effects: izotope mastering plugins, berzerk distortion, defacer, guitar rig 5, raum, eventide black hole, xctr, stock fl studio reverbs and eq's, etc.

The sound of water free falling off the edge of a flat roof. I opened the apartment balcony door and started recording. The fourth floor apartment is on the corner. The water was draining off the flat roof over the edge and falling directly from the roof to the ground. The recording equipment is a studio quality apex 460 multi pattern tube condensor microphone. It was located to avoid getting wet (!) and was about 90 degrees and six feet away from the sound source, just set in a few feet from the open balcony door.

I don't know what combination of (free (as in beer)) vsts, ni komplete audio 2 interface, and behringer pro~1 synth produced this but i thought it was very soothing and definitely worth sampling!. The bass note at the beginning is f# if you want to use that as well ;). Was going to wait to upload a samplepack after i finish these 3 albums/compilations but this is just too good to sit on. Note to would-be producers: this is what mindset you get into after burning the candle at both ends buyer beware :upside_down_face:.

Free to use without restricition. No attribution required. 50 seconds of ghostly wails over a dark sub bass drone with wide stereo reverb. Produced by using two old school analog synths, a cs-80 and a dx7. All chorus, phaser and reverb settings were manipulated within the synths. An external hi-pass eq plugin was added in order to cut off the subs at 30hz. These old analog synths produce frequencies way below the tolerance of your monitors; thus the need for a bass cutoff, not to mention to also prevent involuntary bowel leakage xd.

Wrote/recorded short daft punk style tune at 100 bpm in ableton live 9:muugy for synth sound. Analogue bass + bit growl for bass sound. Kontakt 5 for the string sound.
