Wav-file recorded with the zoom h6 with stereo microphone. Recorded in a garden next to a house and a street in a city. A woman comes out the house and starts to trimm a hedge and flowers with a tool. You hear birds and two cars driving on the street coming from a long way. Bonny orbit sound library.
A mid morning field recording on 05 march 2021 in our rural garden. There is a road at the side of the garden but i have removed what i could hear of the few cars that passed by. Also removed sounds of a gate and doors opening and closing. There was a slight breeze that a wind sock didn't entirely prevent coming through as wind noise. I have cut most of this.
While i was recording someone sharpening a garden scrape on a dual stone grinding machine, the utensil got stuck between one of the stones and a metal protective bracket, creating a terrifying noise until the motor gives up. A flock of sheep (150-200 animals) in the middle of the park "englischer garten" in munich. Used regularly there as lawn mowers. Slowly approaching, surrounding me in the end of the recording. Vocalisations from young and old animals, as well as movement in the gras.
Found this plastic tube while digging in the garden. Apparently part of childs toy. Now the cat enjoys rolling it around. It's soothing like a tuned wind chime. Give a listen.
