I have been in my bathroom, and i started the water running. After i shut it down the faucet started making crazy noises. I than run for my recorder and i have captured that crazy modem-connection type of sound. All happened on 14th of october 2020. You can hear my unstable breath and my dog "focus" (i love him) barking in the background.

Audio from a small forest brook near grafing in bavaria, germany. Recorded with a directional microphone, aimed directly at a turbulence, from about 30 cm (~12 inch) away. A small recording i made to go with a short animation for a competition i entered. Using morphovix and audacity, first there is a small voice then a deeper one, and finally an evil voice followed by laughter. It's a recording of a walkman playing a compact cassete (shut in a drawer for acoustic isolation). It's there, just really quiet. The recording is raw (unprocessed). You can hear the motor working as the tape plays, and then it buzzing as the tape finished. Recorded with zoom h2. Edited and normalized with audacity.

A simple arpeggiated chord. Spaghetti-western guitar is a set of distorted, semi-ambient electric guitar. It was made with stereotypical cowboy themes in mind, but could be adapted for other uses. All sounds are public domain and do not require credit, but i'd love to hear about how you use them!.

The sound of goats with bells on their neck grazing in trough the mountains of village studen kladenets in the kardzhali province in southern bulgaria. Also you can hear a cow with a wooden bell, some footsteps in the grass and birds. Recorded with zoom h-1.

This is a recording i made with my h4n while on exercise at meaford training centre, with an artillery unit. It features 5 mortars firing multiple rounds. In the back ground, you can hear fire orders being issued over the radio, as well as individual detachment commanders giving orders to their gunners.

Lift of an university. First he says "lift up" and then "2nd floor". The sound of doors opening and closing. We can hear the distant voices. Sound environment. I used zoom h4 handy recorder with built-in microphones. I modified the original sound and added equalized and compression. I changed the input and output sound progressively decreasing. All with adobe audition 2014.

A collection of 8 plasma rifle-style single shots, inspired by the plasma rifles you hear in the terminator movies. Each shot is slightly different so there is some variety. I created them by layering single gun shots with other sounds and then running them through a granular synthesizer with some effects.

A recording made on sunday september 27th, 2015 at 2:45pm in the forest on a cloudy slightly humid day in early fall. The temperature was about 70 and it was a fairly quiet woods. The squeaky sound that you hear off and on is a tree-frog. Made with marantz pmd661 and sennheiser me-66 microphones. Enjoy.

A pure recording of an early morning rainshower in the deep woods. Recorded on august 6th, 2013 at 6:30 in the morning. You will hear some birds singing as well -- despite the shower. Sound of something from somewhere as best i can remember. Seems like it is the sound of a claymore or the like, in some game; by the time you hear it you know you are going to die. I messed with it at the end but you can cut that off if you want. No explosion at the end.

Background noise at a noisy japanese diner called saizeria in tokyo. Recorded sometime between 10:00-11:59 pm, you can hear people drinking and eating and having lively conversations in japanese. This is a stereo recording made with 2 coincidental mics at 120゜angles and 2 coincidental mics at 90゜angles.

Recorded for a musical with children with 2 x schoeps mk 20 in a small ab. Additional a tlm102 close to the bottom of the bomb fur the fuse. With some room on the "explosion"this is not the whole recording. It is cutted after the "explosion". Look or tischbombe_3 if you will hear the things falling down as well.

I believe this was recorded with a sound devices 702 and a neumann rsm 191 stereo shotgun in a concrete stairwell. You can hear the rain hitting the stairs and going down the drain. It's also hitting some junk at the top of the stairs. There are big thunder claps and more distant rumbles.

Recorded using a pair of rode lavalier microphones from a loft window. The hail stones were hitting the metal flashing (i think that it what it is called) around the window. I found a program called "bitmaps & waves" today, and thought i'd take it for a spin, basically, what it does is convert any bitmap image into a waveform that you can hear. This sound is piece of night atmosphere i recorded years ago with reel-to-reel nagra4 and mkh416. You can hear night ambience of large hangar with lot of silent insects flying directly to electronic trap light and burn in very close detail. Another detail sound comes from hiting the metal body of film light.

Big breaker switch for one of three phases of power coming into an industrial metal shop. I'm pretty sure it was a 50 amp breaker. . You can hear a transformer buzzing in the background and a fan start once the switch is thrown. Fairly roomy (being a large concrete garage type environment) but usable. Recorded on a zoom h4. .

That couple that lives next door. They are still doing what they do, but it seems like they no longer make the noise loud anymore. I can barely hear them. Either they decided to keep it down or that woman is no longer a screamer in bed. Note that most of the audio was amplified, edited, and cut short.
